Recreational Gymnastics 1

Our Recreational Gymnastics 1 class is perfect for athletes developing foundational skills. Placement is based on evaluation to ensure the right fit. Gymnasts focus on strength, flexibility, coordination, and proper technique while learning fundamental skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor in a fun and supportive environment.

 

 

Recreational Gymnastics 2

Recreational Gymnastics 2 is designed for gymnasts who have mastered foundational skills and are ready for the next challenge. Athletes refine technique and progress to more advanced skills while building strength, confidence, and consistency across all events.

 

 

Recreational Gymnastics Team

Our Recreational Gymnastics Team is for athletes who demonstrate advanced skill development and commitment. Placement is evaluation-based. Team members train higher-level skills, combinations, and routines while focusing on strength, flexibility, and performance in a positive team setting. They will learn routines and practice skill combinations.  They will come TWICE A WEEK for 1.5 hours each. Cost is $180 per month,

 

 

Pre Team

PreTeam is an invite-only training group designed for young gymnasts who show strong potential, focus, and dedication. This program bridges the gap between recreational classes and competitive team, emphasizing skill development, strength, flexibility, and proper technique. PreTeam athletes train with increased structure and commitment to prepare for the demands of competitive gymnastics. They will participate in Fun Meet competitions in the state of Michigan. Preteam comes TWICE A WEEK for 3 hours each. Cost is $270 per month.
