Riahanah Gause

A Bit About Me

Riahanah Gause is a 2019 graduate of Rutgers University, where she was a standout gymnast recognized for both her performance and sportsmanship. In 2016, she was voted Most Valuable Gymnast and named to the All-Champions Team. In 2019, she was honored as an NCAA Woman of the Year nominee and received the NCAA Sportsmanship Award. Riahanah has been coaching club gymnastics for over 5 years and is also a licensed psychologist. She brings a unique and powerful perspective to coaching, helping athletes succeed by balancing the mental and physical demands of the sport.
